Mission, Vision, Values

Our Mission

Alivio Medical Center is a bilingual, bicultural organization committed to providing quality, cost-effective healthcare to the Hispanic community, the uninsured and the underinsured, not to the exclusion of other cultures and races. This mission is expressed through the healthcare services and education provided in an environment of caring and respect, in addition to advocacy, research and evaluation activities completed to advance the health of these specific populations.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be a multi-site medical center providing well-coordinated, integrated, comprehensive and culturally-sensitive services. Alivio Medical Center is a leader, a model for community health centers nationwide. Our surrounding communities will look to us as a hub where they can find connections to others who share similar health challenges and solutions to those challenges.

Every visit to Alivio Medical Center will be productive and meaningful.

When patients arrive at Alivio Medical Center, the first thing they will always notice is the welcoming atmosphere and dedicated staff. Throughout their visit, staff and volunteers will show a genuine interest in assuring a seamless, satisfying experience for the people they serve.
