Mónica B. Guzmán, ATR, LCPC

I recognize art as one of the most primitive forms of healing in any community. I believe that it will always be a part of it, highlighting the strengths of individuals and their communities as they work towards increasing and maintaining their wellbeing.

I use trauma-informed, and harm reduction perspectives to inform my practice. My work experience has been mostly focused on populations affected by trauma, addressing social issues such as homelessness, child abuse and neglect, and interpersonal violence.
