Alivio Immediate Care Center at Berwyn Health Center
If you plan on visiting immediate care, please call (312) 850-8238 first if you are experiencing a cough, fever and have traveled within the last 14 days OR have had direct contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Alivio Immediate Care Center is located inside Alivio’s Berwyn health center and provides treatment for common conditions and/or illnesses that are not life-threatening but demand quick attention.
Our Immediate Care Center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and many private health insurance plans.

Patients who do not have a primary care provider can follow up with a provider at any of Alivio’s six health centers. Patients can also elect to make Alivio Medical Center their medical home.

The Alivio Immediate Care Center can treat common and non-life-threatening illnesses such as:
- Minor cuts and burns
- Sprains, strains and simple fractures
- Flu
- Fever
- Sore/Strep throat
- Sinus or ear infections and allergies
- Dizziness
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea and uncontrolled vomiting
- Insect bites
- Urinary tract infections
