Alivio Medical Center is a bilingual, bicultural organization committed to providing access to quality cost effective health care to the Hispanic community, the uninsured, and the underinsured, and not to the exclusion of other cultures and races. This mission is expressed through the provision of services, advocacy, education and research and evaluation provided in an environment of caring and respect.
The vision for Alivio Medical Center is a multi-site medical center providing well-coordinated, integrated, comprehensive, culturally sensitive and quality services. Alivio is seen as a standard, a leader, and a model for community health centers nationwide. The community looks to Alivio as a hub, where they can network and find connections to others who share similar health challenges. When arriving at Alivio, the first thing one notice is the welcoming atmosphere and dedicated staff. Throughout the visit, staff and volunteers show a genuine interest in assuring a seamless, satisfying experience for the people served, making one’s time at Alivio both productive and meaningful.
